Launch Academy Staff
Pam Fischer: Executive Director at Launch Academy. Launch began 10 years ago in Pam's basement with 6 children attending. Since, it has expanded to 67 kids with the offering of extended care for our working parents. It is an accelerated preschool program with top notch instructors who always put the children first. Our 1 on 1 assistance is so essential to our program. Children have the option to pray before snack. Recently, Launch obtained computers for a computer lab to further advance students with technology.
Pam is a retired public school teacher. She taught for 30 years; received her masters in counseling k-12 & 30 hours beyond her masters in courses such as best practices, statewide testing, and differentiated learning styles. She has been married to Len Fischer for 42 years. Together, they have 4 kids (Tyler, Katy, Abby, John), and 4 grandchildren (Noel, Brantley, Annie, Ellie). She attends Bee Ridge Church.
